Robert Ricciardelli: 25 Kingdom Initiatives for 2012

Robert Ricciardelli: 25 Kingdom Initiatives for 2012 as published by the Elijah List.

As we move into the new year, I want to share 25 key Kingdom initiatives that I feel are significant for every Believer. I am hopeful that these will confirm some things the Lord has already been showing you, as well as encourage you to pray into these initiatives for your own lives and for the Body of Christ. I pray that each of us would ask the Father to reveal to us our part in the Body, as we seek Him for guidance for His will to be done through us. May the Lord Kingdomize your life in amazing ways in 2012 to further expand His Kingdom and His glory upon the earth.

1. Give to Caesar (government) what is Caesar's, and give to God what is His, which is our very lives. Jesus was consumed with His Father's Kingdom being brought to the earth. We must focus on Christ and His Kingdom rather than being overly concerned with political processes. Pray for governmental change, but let's look to God and not government to provide for us.

2. God is raising up new leaders who will stand for righteousness in the realms of government. This generation of Daniels and Josephs will continue to take their place in leading nations with Father's influence, presence, and wisdom in governmental offices.

3. Father continues to shake all foundations that are not built upon the Rock of Himself. Stand out with His light in the midst of the shaking all around us.

4. Utilize what we do have and be busy doing what we must do. Surrender all paralyzing fear and worrying about what we don't have or cannot do.

5. Understand and activate true repentance in every area of our lives, truly turning away from sin instead of just feeling sorry for our patterns of sin.

6. Swiftly move to forgiveness for every wrong committed against us. Allow His presence to eradicate bitterness from the depths of our souls. Forgive ourselves and move on past the shame simply because Jesus has forgiven us, and His work in forgiveness is complete and has made us whole.

7. We are not victims, for in Christ we are victorious. Choose to not ever live as a victim, because the revelation of Christ and His grace suffices for us daily. Live as a victor and flee from the victim mindset.
8. Let's accept and believe with all of our heart, soul, and mind that Jesus loves us, accepts us, and is for us in every moment of every day.

9. Remain overwhelmed by the love and acceptance of God where we are presently. We are children that are continuing to grow but we are also complete in Him NOW!

10. Acknowledge that our lives follow the way of the Cross, knowing persecution and trials will come. Choose to die more to self, knowing that it is the narrow way He has asked us to follow. As we die to self more, Christ lives through us and our joy is made complete in Him.

11. Enter the rest in God, in the rest of who we are in Christ. Rest from running around doing religious activities that He never called us to do. As we enter in His rest, trusting and relying on Him, we continue to be more than we can ever do!

12. Confident and humble leaders need to continue to train and release every member of their organizations into the ministry that the Lord has called them to. This training and releasing goes beyond the four walls of organized church.

13. Citywide transformation will expand as each individual realizes his or her purpose and calling, and is released to fulfill it in everyday life.

14. God's servant leaders will continue to be recognized and promoted because they seek to serve others with no concern of ever having to be served. Corporate vision never controls or usurps God's purpose for each person.

15. The Lord owns everything we have and asks us to steward everything He has given us. Ask Him how much to give and to where, always willing to give 100% if He were to ask that of us.

16. Kingdomized people will continue to bring godly influence and leadership to all the gates of the city. Kings and priests of God will lead by serving His wisdom and authority in the spheres of government, business, health care, media, law, church, and the educational jurisdictions of our cities.

17. Accept others and the blessing that they are, rather than being offended by them in their differences. Live with unoffendable hearts hidden in Christ. We do not need to see eye-to-eye in order to walk hand-in-hand.

18. Choose to see the good in people, pray for them, and love them regardless of if they change and conform to our ways. Believe for the best in others.

19. Every Believer must understand their journey and the continual process they walk in. Humbly come alongside others who may not be as far along in their journey or process.

20. Convergence can come as we truly love and become excited about the uniqueness of each other's differences, and value each expression of God's people.

21. Spiritual Fathers will have a heart of giving to their spiritual sons that surpass any thoughts of what they might receive in return through their relationship.

22. Seek to trash every idol in our life to be free in serving effectively in the army of our Lord. The greatest idol that we battle is the idol called "self." Continue to lay down self and become selfless in our pursuit of Christ and His Kingdom.

23. See the Kingdom of God beyond race, gender, or age, and seek to unite through all the diversity and expressions of His glorious Kingdom. In the Kingdom male, female, Greek, and Jew can work together in the fullness and likeness of Christ.

24. Prophetic accountability in the Body of Christ will increase as prophetic people move beyond subjectivity. As a Body, we will collectively hear the "sound" of God through the multiplicity of voices.

25. The earth will continue to be filled with the glory of the Lord as more of His people move from religion to relationship while continuing to become one with God and one with each other. We will love as He loves, speak as He speaks, and do what He does, and we will be changing the world together, "AS ONE."

Health Update: A Year of Grace and Favor

My Dear Praying Friends and Family,

I've seen God's love in words and deeds through you this year.  I am eternally grateful.  Thank you!

The most recent example of selfless love that I experienced was just this past Friday.  I had heard a friend was now living in an extended care facility, and I wanted to personally deliver her birthday card.  As my friend lay in bed struggling for breath, she recognized me.  Immediately, she said through labored breathing, "Bellann, it's you.  How are you?  I have really been praying for you.  You've been through so much."

Friends, that selfless heart is the heart of Jesus manifested.  What an example for us to emulate!  My friend could have turned her eyes inward, wallowing in self pity for her own physical condition, but instead, she chooses to continue to think of others first!  My intent was to minister to her on Friday, but in truth, she was the one who ministered to me.  How beautiful Jesus is through His people!!!

The grace and favor that God has poured out on me far outweighs the difficulties that I have experienced this year.  If only words could express the thankfulness that I have for all the blessings I have received this year!  God has used this blatant attack of the evil one to propel me past a few sticking points in my soul.  My Abba always brings good out of what the evil one has meant for destruction!!!

The favor of God places a bright spotlight of glory on us.  When that happens, people notice.  It's during those times that the doors are wide open to speak about the love of Jesus.  I am thankful for the many opportunities I have had this year to share what Jesus has done for me!  I have loved to see tear-shining eyes in people as they hear how real and active and loving Jesus has been in my life.  I think hope is being stirred in them.  Only God truly knows what speaking of my experience will do for them.

This Friday, I am scheduled for my fourth and final surgery for this year.  The left expander will be removed and replaced with a permanent silicon prosthesis, and I would appreciate any prayers you may offer on my behalf.

Prayer Points:
  • No infection
  • No medication or anesthesia reactions
  • That I would have more opportunities to speak about my beloved Jesus
  • That Strongman would not feel overwhelmed as he ministers once again to me during my recovery.
  • That Consecrated and Fire would be propelled into the destinies that God has for them.
  • Financial provision
  • More grace of God in order to minister to others who are hurting

Thank you all so very much for your kindness, love, and prayers.  If only I could give each of you a huge hug for the love I feel for you!  May God pour out His grace upon you and give you the peace and passion and power to walk out your destinies in Him!!!

With Much Love Always...

Health Update: Peace is the Greatest Gift for this Season

Dear Blog Friends,

During the worship portion of church this past Sunday, I was thinking about peace.  Peace is more valuable than possessions or paid bills, more precious than calm surroundings or lack of troubles.  Peace is even more important than physical health.  Our bodies are *corruptible, meaning they are in the process of dying; whether or not we struggle with a disease or sickness, each of our bodies are dying at varying rates.  Peace transcends this corruptible physical world and transports to a place of internal stillness and calm.  This is the place where Jesus' voice is heard the clearest.  I love to be with Jesus in the place of peace that He has fashioned just for me.  From the beginning of this season, peace has been my guide; Jesus is the Prince of Peace.

When I think about all that has happened to my corruptible body since November of last year, I marvel at the greatness of my God Who has held, consoled, healed and empowered this earthly vessel.  He took an awful situation and used it to propel me into the next phase of my destiny.  My God is so good that He can use any "thing" for His glory, and I am humbled that He chose me.

On Tuesday, I will receive my final saline fill on the left, then it must "rest" for three months as a "scar pocket" forms in order to house the permanent implant.  After that, surgery will be scheduled, most probably in December.

Praises:

*God has empowered me to continue with my lifestyle changes in diet and exercise.

*My body is responding to this change in lifestyle making me look and feel healthier.

*Of all the things with which Jesus has blessed, peace is the most precious!  :)  I believe the peace that the Lord has given has been my greatest testimony during this season.  Peace speaks louder than words to others.

*The Lord has brought other woman into my path who have or have had breast cancer.  I speak life and hope in Jesus each time I am given the opportunity.

*Jesus protected me from injury during an accident I had while coming home from work, two Tuesdays ago.  In the split second hitting the guardrail, I thought the air bag would smack me, but it didn't.  I didn't even get sore.

*The abnormal labs I reported in my last email were repeated and came back fine.  Thanks for praying!

Prayer:

*I have had random bouts of extreme fatigue.  If you could pray that I would be able to determine the cause of this, I would appreciate it.

*Finances have been tight.  Tony's work has slowed; we now have two sons in college, and my recent accident have caused an increase in bills.

You are all precious to me!  Thank you for standing with me.
With Much Love Always...

Health Update: The Bride of Christ is Beautiful!

Dear Friends,

My health has been flourishing!  I continue with my dietary and exercise changes, and I am seeing much improvement in my clarity of thought, muscular strength, endurance, and complexion...all benefits from a healthy lifestyle!

The only physical difficulty that has resurfaced is an old right lower back and hip issue.  I believe that toning my muscles without proper stretching is the cause.  My wonderful friend, Pure-hearted Prayer, prayed for me and it resolved only to resurface two days ago.  It really hurts as it pinches my sciatic nerve and sends electric pain from my hip to my big toe; It even interferes with my sleeping during the times it is aggravated.

I met with my oncologist yesterday.  I had had a series of hormonal tests completed approximately 3 weeks ago, which according to his point of view, were great.  He commented, "You must be doing something right."  He also said, "I think you've seen enough doctors lately.  I won't need to see you until January."  :)  He admitted it was difficult for him as a doctor not to prescribe medication, but he didn't place any pressure on me.  :)

Surgery in order to replace the expander on the left side and to insert the permanent prosthesis on the right is scheduled for tomorrow.  I am not scared, but I do feel a sense of hesitation in regards to this procedure.  Memories of the left side's infection are most probably the cause.

Praises
  • I have had opportunities to prophetically encourage others!  It's how God made me, and enjoy expressing His love in this way!!!
  • I am now running exactly 1/2 of the 5k distance and walk the remainder.  I am planning on actually competing in an official race the end of September.  My goal is to run the entire distance.
  • I have added swimming laps to my exercise routine and now am able to swim 400 yards in 12 minutes!  Thank you, Chrispy for encouraging me in my exercise routine.
  • I am learning more and more about alternative foods.
  • I found a non-dairy, non-soy, cheese substitute and was excited to be able to eat a toasted cheese sandwich again.  ;)
  • Eating "Beautiful Grace's Frozen Treat" has curbed my summertime craving for ice cream.  ;)
  • My family, friends, and co-workers continue to show their support and love.  Can anyone say, "BLESSED"?!?!
  • The fear of man thing has attempted to resurface a few times, BUT God immediately intervened before any agitation of soul could commence.  Yay, Jesus!!! :)
  • The Lord is reminding me of what I tell my patients.  I cannot change the thoughts, words or behavior of others.  I can only choose my response to them...my thoughts, my words, my behavior.  My choice is to forgive and love, love, love!!!  No evil hook will be lodged in me!!!
  • According to the blood test, my cortizol level is within normal limits.  This hormone is released when the body undergoes physical and/or emotional stress.  Man's test confirms the peace I have been experiencing in my soul.  Yay, Jesus!!!
  • The blood test also revealed a level of testosterone as low as a post menopausal woman????  I guess you all won't have to worry about me turning into a hulkette any time soon.  :)
Prayer
  • Continued peace...
  • No infection or any other adverse reaction from tomorrow's surgery in the name of Jesus!!!
  • I am losing more time at work, so please pray for financial provision for our family.  Buying organic food has dramatically impacted the amount of money I spend for groceries each week!
  • Complete resolution of my back/hip issue!
  • That Strongman, Consecrated, Fire and I each would be drawn by the Holy Spirit, knitting our hearts to Jesus as individuals and as a family unit.
  • Peace and strength for Strongman as he once again will care for me during my recovery.  He has much responsibility on his shoulders!

Knowing I am not alone during this season comforts me.  Thank you all for your continued love, support and prayers.  I continue to witness the beauty of the Bride of Christ as she moves as Jesus moves!!!  You all are BEAUTIFUL!!!

Journey Through the Psalms Day 30

Read Psalm 30, 60, 90, 120, 150.

"You have turned my mourning into dancing for me; You have put off my sackcloth and girded me with gladness." [Psalm 30:12] Jesus, You taught me to dance in the dark season of my soul, knowing that that obedient expression of worship was a healing balm. Thank You for removing the sackcloth-piece by piece and re-clothing me with gladness and the garment of praise!!! <3

Holding One in Worship
by Beautiful Grace
2/28/09

Two Hands stretched from heavenly abode,
Reach down for one, the one You know.

Their awesome, powerful expanse,
Set before the one, in whose heart cries, "Romance."

One's heart with passion's flames
Set ablaze by one touch, one Name.

Suddenly, upon the outstretched Hands,
One moves, one dances, one stands.

In this place of protected play,
One laughs and leaps and twirls away.

In this place of power and might,
No fear, no shame, no darkness, just Light.

Forever in worship, continuing on,
One's heart in Love will dance upon.

"His splendor was like the sunrise;
rays flashed from his hand,
where his power was hidden."

Journey Through the Psalms Day 29

 Read Psalms 29, 59, 89, 119, 149.

‎"The Lord will give [unyielding and impenetrable] strength to His people; the Lord will bless His people with peace." (Psalm 29:11) Thank You, Lord, I feel like I'm living this verse out right now! I appreciate You!!! "Your word is a lamp to my feet and light to my path." Psalm 119:105 Step by step, You light my way. Keep Your word burning in my heart, so that my path remains fixed and destined for You!

Psalm of Beautiful Grace
Written after reading Psalm 119.
12/15/01 4:00 am

Teach me Your commandments,
That I might not sin against You.
Give me Your understanding,
That I may keep Your whole word.

I cry out to You with my soul- to You, my God.
For You alone can save me.

You are my Portion.
You are my Provider.

Your mercy endures forever,
And Your loving-kindness is poured out to me.
You are the Treasure that I seek.

I have sought for You my whole life!
I searched for You, before I even knew You.
My soul remembered the day of my creation,
The day Your awesome hand fashioned me
In my mother’s womb.

My spirit rejoices in the day of my salvation,
That day long ago.
You did not leave me in my tears.
You did not forsake me in my sins.

You provided a way for me, a path on which to walk.
Your Holy Spirit has led me in Your ways.
Strengthen me by Your Spirit,
That I would always obey Your commands.
For You delight in obedience, more than sacrifices.

Teach me to walk in Your ways, forevermore.
I will be pleasing to You all the days of my life.
Your salvation is never ending,
And my reward is eternity with You.

Let me sit at Your feet and worship You, my King.
Allow me to anoint You with my tears.
Your love is sweet, it touches my soul,
My spirit rejoices in Your touch.

You call me as a lover calls His beloved
With gentle cords and a soft voice.
Teach me Your love; Whisper Your heart.
Impart to me the ways that will touch Your heart.

Your eyes search.
Search for me, my Lord!
Let them rest on Your servant.

Your eyes are flaming; They are fire.
They pierce through the facade of men.
They view the heart.
Your eyes melt me!

Where can I go to hide from you?
Why would I ever want to hide from my strength,
My fortress?
For when I fall, You pick me up.
When I transgress, You wipe me clean.

All things are possible with You, my Abba.
You have the power to make all my ways straight.
Let me always rely on You.

My children will bless You, because of my ways.
Let Your holy name be praised!

You are perfect- the consummation of perfection.
Let Your perfection consume me.
Let Your ways bring me peace.

My enemies try to turn me from You,
But they will not succeed,
For I am in the palm of my Creator’s hand,
And no one may snatch me from You.

Strengthen me with Your love.
Let your Holy Fire burn in me.
Let me never put You to shame.
I’m after Your heart!

Journey Through the Psalms Day 28

Read Psalm 28, 58, 88, 118, 148.

The Psalmist lists all the things in creation that praise God, and it's a long list. I am blessed to be able to praise my God along with the angels, the sun and moon, the waters above the heavens, the sea monsters, the lightning, hail, fog and frost, the stormy wind, the mountains, hills, fruitful trees and cedars, the beasts and all the cattle, creeping things and flying birds, kings and people, princes, rulers and judges, young men and maidens, old men and children!!! [Psalm 148] I join together with the wonderful company of created things in order to praise my God! He gives me my own personal heart song to sing, because I am near to Him!!! ♥

Journey Through the Psalms Day 27

Read Psalms 27, 57, 87, 117, 147.

‎"The Lord is my Light and Salvation-whom shall I fear or dread?" [Psalm 27:1] Lord, You have done a great work in me. Fear has been driven out of my soul!!! I require a continuing overflowing measure of Your grace, Lord, because every now and then fear of man keeps coming back to see if it may torment me once again. I say, "No" in the great name of Jesus!!!! You heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds, Jesus!!!! [Psalm 147:3] I love the way You actually look for those who are oppressed, Jesus, and free them by Your awesome grace!!! I sang "Amazing Grace" twice yesterday by request of a friend. How awesome to be able to declare God's grace in a place, that was full of oppression! Thank You, Jesus, for allowing me to minister to those oppressed. I am Your hands and feet!!! Amazing is Your grace!!!!!

Journey Through the Psalms Day 26

Read Psalm 26, 56, 86, 116, 146.

Lord, You examine my heart (emotions) and my mind (thoughts) and where I fall short You lovingly convict. May my heart and mind be more and more like Yours every day. [Psalm 26] One of my favorite verses is "You number and record my wanderings; put my tears into Your bottle -are they not in Your book?" [Psalm 56:8-9] I love the fact that Jesus loves me enough to take note of every tear that I have cried! I never want to be so busy with stuff that I neglect to notice the tears of another. Holy Spirit empower me with Your compassion, the compassion that take note of every tear.

Journey Through the Psalms Day 25

Read Psalms 25, 55, 85, 115, 145.

‎"The secret [of the sweet, satisfying companionship] of the Lord have they who fear (revere and worship) Him, and He will show them His covenant and reveal to them its [deep, inner] meaning." Psalm 25:14
Amplified Bible

‎"He will fulfill the desires of those who reverently and worshipfully fear Him; He also will hear their cry and will save them." Psalm 145:19 Amplified Bible

There's nothing greater in this world than to have God reveal the deep inner meaning of our relationship. I want more of our sweet and satisfying relationship, Jesus! The reason this is possible is because you heard my cry and saved me. I am forever grateful!!!

Journey Through the Psalms Day 24

Read Psalms 24, 54, 84, 114, 144.

I have never been able to identify with the Psalm writers' attitudes towards their enemies in light of Jesus teachings on how we are to treat those who hurt and use us; we must remember to bless and not curse. (Luke 6:28) We must remember that our enemies are not flesh and blood, but they are principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this world, and spiritual wickedness in high places. (Ephesians 6:12) I think it humbles us to remember we all have fallen at some point to the influence of the "dark side." Lord, empower me to treat others the way I desire to be treated! (Luke 6:31)

I have passed through the Valley of Baca (Weeping) and Holy Spirit has made it a place filled with blessings! Psalm 84:6 I will be singing Your praises all the day long!!! Psalms 84:4b

Journey through the Psalms Day 23

Reading Psalms 23, 53, 83, 113, 143.

Jesus as my Shepherd jumped out at me while reading Psalm 23. Lately, I have been depending on Jesus to lead me in the many decisions I face, but that is only one awesome aspect of what a shepherd does for his flock. He not only provides guideance, but also protection and provision. How awesome is that? The God of the universe is my Shepherd!!! Oh, how I love Him!!!

Journey through the Psalms Day 22

Read Psalms 22, 52, 82, 112, 142.

There have been situations when You have been the only One to which I could pour out my complaint and tell my trouble (142:2). I am forever grateful for Your listening ear, Jesus. No man could have comforted me the way You consoled my heart. You are the Perfect Man, Jesus- meek and loving, yet strong and victorious! My heart belongs to You...forever!!!

Journey Through the Psalms Day 21

Read Psalm 21, 51, 81, 111, 141.

Make me to know wisdom in my inmost heart (51:6b), then I will praise and sing to You in Your strength (21:13). Great and Holy Spirit of God, I allow You free access to my heart to empower it and incline my heart not to submit or consent to any evil thing. (141:4) I do not desire to follow my own counsels (81:12b), because the reverent fear and worship of You, Lord, is the beginning of Wisdom. My life has meaning as I do Your will, Lord. My praise of my God will endure forever! (111:10)
